Well i am a type 2 diabetic found out this year. My life style was like this: I grew up in a very small town in Custer City Oklahoma, and sents i never had any friends as i was growing up i was alway deprest. So too cope with everythang i eat alot to make my self feel better.
When i first found out that i was a diabetic i was very upset and deprest i did not know what i was going too do with my life, and for the most part i thought about killing myself when i found out. I figered that i would be too much of a burden to my family and to my wife, but my wife Kim set next to me when i was in the hostbitl bed she cryed and i cryed then she said to me that we will get through this togather. She told me that she loved me very much and no matter what was going to happen down the road that she would be there for me no matter what.
I am a very lucky man too have her in my life she has put up with a lot of stuff with me lol but she has also gone on my diet with me to help me as well. If i could ever give advice to anyone is this stick with your diet stop eating candy and drinking pop or any caffen. if you are lucky enough to have a wife like mine be good too her and do what ever she says too help you trust me they are always right even though you think they have no idea what you are going through. I manage every thang with my metformen pills and dieting,as well as walking 5 miles a day.
