My story is about my mother. I am currently not diabetic and trying not to get there.
My mother has Type 2 diabetes, although she didn’t get it until she was 80, I am now in my 60s and a little over my weight guide, and don’t want to face the same things my mother is, it is so hard to learn new things when you get older, old habits are hard to brake.
I am always interested in learning new ways to prepare food and arrange snack treats for my family – my mother lives with me. I would truly love to have new ideas and your cookbook sounds like something with new ideas. My story is about my mother. I am currently not diabetic and trying not to get there.
